Automotive industry is not all about cars but bikes as well. Today, bikes are so elegantly designed that it is hard to stay away without buying one. But, things were not the same in good old days.
Motorcycles were also there in this world in the second half of the 19th century. Basically, motorcycles have evolved from safety bicycle. But, this vehicle continued to evolve till Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach thought to use petroleum in it. That’s when the first petroleum powered motorcycle was invented.
The first motorcycle with steam power was introduced in America and English also stayed with this motorcycle until the Edwardian period. Things, however, started to change quickly and motorcycles became much more stylish especially when Harley Davidson started to produce better bikes.
The engine got improved and styling get better and better with the passage of every year until today when bikes are more powerful and popular than cars.
